First edition of La Mocadera in Vic. An event dedicated to the art of charcuterie from the Plana de Vic.

The brief from Vic Fires was simple: make the images do justice to the craft and the hands behind it.

Photographing food culture is different from photographing food. It's not about making things look appetising. It's about capturing knowledge, ritual and pride in a single frame.
