La Panxa del Bisbe

A one-night collaboration between three kitchens and a single menu. La Panxa del Bisbe hosted a six-hands dinner with guest chefs from El Bart and Mas Monells. We were there from the first mise en place to the last scraped plate.

The visual language came from the space itself. The kitchen window, a rectangle of bright light cut into the dark dining room, became the project's central motif: slow shutter, chefs dissolving into motion, the energy of a service translated into a still image.

At the end of the night, two flan plates scraped clean to the ceramic, a spoon resting across the rim.
